about order

• When picking up items from local supermarkets (7-11, FamilyMart), shipping is free for orders over NT$1,450 for a single item, and free shipping for bundles ; the shipping fee is NT$65 if the amount is not exceeded.
• Home delivery (excluding remote areas) is free for orders over NT$2,500 ; shipping for orders under the amount is NT$140 .
• Remote areas, outer islands of Taiwan and other countries: please LINE or write to hello@baskinthesun.shop for enquiries.
• After shipment, we will send a "delivery status" notification letter with the shipment tracking number
  or You can also log in to the website account > "Messages" or check "Orders" to leave us a message
  or through LINE enquiry.

【Online ATM/ATM virtual account】

• Automated teller machine (physical ATM)

1. Cooperative banks: Taiwan Land Bank, Bank of Taiwan, China Trust, Cathay Pacific Bank, Banshin Bank.
2. If you hold a financial card issued by the above bank and choose that bank, you will be exempted from inter-bank handling fees when using the same online banking to pay; if you choose other online banking, you will have to pay an inter-bank handling fee of RMB 15.

• Go to the shopping cart page, confirm that the order content is correct, select "ATM Virtual Account" in "Payment Method", and the "Remittance Information" will pop up below. Please be sure to take a screenshot or note down the exclusive virtual account provided for the order.
• After the order is established, please complete the transfer within 2 days. Once the 2-day period expires, the order will automatically expire.
• If you need to re-query the virtual account, please log in to the official website account > "Orders" and click on the order to view it.
• After the transfer is completed, the system will automatically verify it and there is no need to reply with account information.
  

About shipping

• The products are all handmade after the order is confirmed. The production period is 1-3 working days and will be sent out after the 3rd working day at the latest. The above does not include weekends and holidays (customized products are not limited to this); General Logistics delivery takes about 2-4 working days.

• Order processing and delivery operations are from Monday to Friday, excluding Weekends and holidays .
