About returns and exchanges

BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所 provides a 7-day appreciation period for the product in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law (the appreciation period is not a trial period) and starts from the date of receipt of the product (including holidays).

If you want to return or exchange goods, please write to hello@baskinthesun.shop within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide information such as "name", "order number", "contact number", "name of return or exchange product", "reason for return or exchange and photos" , once it is confirmed that the return and exchange conditions are met, we will assist you with the return matter. Please note - entering the return and exchange process does not mean completing the return or exchange .

  • Returned goods must be in brand new condition and unused , with intact packaging (including inner and outer packaging boxes/boxes, accompanying documents/cards, gifts, etc.) and sent back in the original packaging boxes/boxes, otherwise the return process will be deemed to be incomplete. , returns and exchange applications will not be accepted.

  • If the product is damaged, damaged, worn, abraded, scratched, dirty, damaged and incompletely packaged due to human factors caused by improper use and disassembly by the consumer, or if the accessories and gifts are missing, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所's candle products are not machine-made in factories. Hand-made products will have traces of manual work, such as wall detachment, uneven candle wick incisions, cup lid branding, non-fixed labeling positions, etc., such as Buyers who require 100% perfect products, please consider carefully before ordering.

  • "Add-on products" purchased at discounted prices are not refundable or exchangeable.

  • The welfare product area does not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • After completing the return and exchange application, please follow the letter explaining the return and exchange process and send it to the designated delivery address of BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所 at your own expense. The replacement of goods is limited to one time. If for some reason the same goods cannot be sent, BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所 will refund you.



Refund process

If the return status is established, BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所 will refund you in the following ways within 7-15 working days (excluding holidays):

  • Pay by card

The money will be refunded directly to the credit card account from which the payment was originally made. Due to the different settlement dates of each card swiping bank, please contact your bank for actual deposit.

  • ATM payment

Please provide your payment information (including: account name, bank name, branch name, bank account number). BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所 will refund the money by bank transfer (the account to which the remittance is made must be the account opened under the name of the orderer ), and will be notified by e-mail after the remittance is completed.

165 anti-fraud statement

We would like to remind you that BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所 will not ask for or verify your financial account, credit card and other personal information in any name or for any reason, nor will we take the initiative to ask you to go to a counter or operate an ATM for remittances, refunds, Financial operations such as repaying the amount and canceling settings.

If you receive a suspicious text message or a phone call with a + sign, please be vigilant and do not trust unknown caller instructions. If you have any doubts, please contact BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所 or call the 165 anti-fraud hotline of the Police Department as soon as possible. Conduct verification and reporting.

蠟燭尺寸有哪些?有哪些系列?


蠟燭目前有世界系列純粹系列魔法系列,香氣分別各有 7 種、2 種、3 種。

尺寸共有以下四種:
特大(XL-200g)、
大(L-160g)、
中(M-120g)、
小(S-60g)

2024年8月後,將縮減為兩種尺寸:
大(L-160g) 和 中(M-120g)

蠟燭能拿來擦身體當保養使用嗎?


雖然我們只使用芳療精油與植物蠟,成分很單純,不過使用的精油比例很高,對皮膚較敏感的人來說不太適合哦!

很多蠟燭都宣稱能夠擦在身體上,大家在使用他牌蠟燭時,可以留意一下內含的是香精還是精油、是植物蠟或是石蠟~

擴香瓶能使用多久?只有兩種味道嗎?


一瓶約可使用2個月,會依不同使用空間及擴香條數量而有所增減。

目前只有兩種味道,雖然 MarigoldDark goldenrod 都是以秘魯聖木為基底堆疊其他氣味,但兩者的香氣差異完全不同,很建議實際試聞!

[clean] 乾淨身體油只能用在身體上哦,不能用在臉部及敏感部位或傷口的原因是:
我們使用的精油比例偏高,擔心引起臉部肌膚不適,所以不推薦哦!

蠟燭有提供回充嗎?


因為手作玻璃的關係,每一個容器都有或大或小的差別,以蠟塊回填在實務上有難度,所以我們沒有提供這項服務,不過我們真心不喜歡浪費,加上很喜歡嘗試新東西,所以有了這個計畫——空瓶回收折價計劃,希望大家和我們一起實驗!

精油蠟燭會有足夠香氣嗎?精油蠟燭好像味道比較淡。


會的,精油蠟燭的確不如香精蠟燭那般持味和顯味,加上若是平常使用香精習慣的人,不常接觸精油的話,的確會覺得味道較淡,不過我們用了大量的精油及不同蠟材不斷調整、經過無數次的試驗,所以是很顯味的!
不過務必留意使用空間的坪數大小,以免影響擴散表現。

BASK IN THE SUN 沐陽所蠟燭是否純素?是否寵物友善?


精油為純天然植物萃取,蠟材也使用植物蠟,無動物成分,純素適合,可安心使用。
然而精油對寵物來說有一定的刺激,即使是溫和精油,也非絕對安全,不建議直接接觸皮膚,即使標榜寵物友善,也仍需留意家中寵物的狀況,以免引起寵物不適。
